PowerPoint Questions & Answers

How do you add a song to a powerpoint?

If you have the song saved on your computer, on powerpoint click 'Insert' at the top left of the screen and go to 'Movies and Sounds', then click on 'Sound From File'.

Find your song on the box that pops up in 'My Music' and click on 'OK'. It will ask how you want the sound to start.

If you select 'When clicked' you will have to click on the sound icon when you want to hear the sound. If you want it to start automatically, click on that.

1. Click Insert -> Movies and Sounds -> Sound from File, locate the folder that contains the sound file that you want, and then double-click the sound file.

2. When a message is displayed, click 'Automatically'.
