You can create an auto-run CD using PowerPoint by following
the following steps:
1. Choose File ->Package for CD
(in 2007) Choose Office Button -> Publish->Package for
CD
2. In the Package for CD dialogue box, name the CD and click
'options'
3. Select the Embedded TrueType Fonts check box and click
'OK'
4. Click 'Copy to CD'
Another alternative is to convert the presentation to another
format, like a video so that the PowerPoint can be viewed
by a larger audience.
